Helping the Ghostly Residents

• Brew the first ghost a potion by pouring red, green, then blue ingredients to transform it into an immortality elixir.
• Warm a melon tea for the second ghost: pick up a teacup from the dog on the first floor, heat the kettle at the fireplace, then steep a leaf from the plant beside the stairs.
• Comfort the mirror ghost by studying the lover's portrait downstairs and painting it on the mirror using the paste you collected in front of it.

Alternative solutions count as "bad methods" but still unlock achievements.
